McHugh Designs provides independent graphic design services including logos, graphic illustrations, websites, advanced photo editing, print media, and Flash animation. Fees are generally charged per job although larger projects may be done on an hourly basis. Technical experience includes Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.
